By working closely and listening carefully to our clients and candidates, we understand exactly what they are looking for and are able to find the best match to meet their criteria.
Before we match and present any candidate to a client, we always carry out the following checks:
|Identification checks: passport, birth certificate, driving license proof of address|
|Enhanced CRB check (which must be up to date and clear)|
|Paediatric First Aid Certificate (which is renewed and updated every 2 years)|
|Relevant Qualifications E.g. MNT or NEST Maternity Nurse Practitioner Certificate, Midwifery Qualification or equivalent, Nanny Qualification or Level 3 in Childcare|
|Reference checks (which must be excellent)|
|Experience (minimum of 5 years)|
|Our stringent registration and in depth interview process to get to know our candidates more personally|
We then match up suitable candidates for each position, discuss the positions available to them, listen to their job preferences and put them forward only if we think it’s a great match. We then send copies of the candidates up-to-date CV, CRB, Paediatric First Aid Certificate, relevant qualifications and references to the client who then selects the candidates they wish to interview. It is usual to have a brief telephone or Skype interview first, followed by the main interview. We would be happy to arrange these and feedback to both parties.
Once a candidate has been selected and has accepted the placement, the client pays us our engagement fee, prior to the employment start date. We are happy to assist with the contract and to offer on-going support for our clients and candidates at all times.
